The wheels
I bought these today of trademe (NZ) they are brand new 20 x 1.5 stainless spokes with 6 speed shimano cassette, had beeen looking for a set of rims for some time and couldnt resist these for $56nz.Doubt they will fit but being a modified am not worried about making frame and forks to suit using a bit of heat or whatever it may take. Any thoughts ideas comments on these would be great.

Ivan H Frame says...
If the dropout spreading is not a problem, getting the rear triangle clear of the the chain with six speeds still could be unless you have room for some axle spacers. If the wheel is sufficiently dished it may help.

you are correct, rear triangle does interfer with 6 speed/chain, any solutions to my problem?? i am thinking of cutting the drop outs off and moving them to the very inside of the triangle (this will move them approx 5mm).
