Looks to me the hands are in the same position as the stock stem and bars and for this reason I prefer the original stock setup. I also have a couple Twenty with the curved stem and one piece and find they are not low enough for my favored position but like the vintage look on some of my rides.

Thanks for the comments Tom Macleay and wooden shoe biker . The bars are around the same height but wider, I would like to find some polished ones but these will do for the time being.
Original would have been a nice way to go but it is pretty rough,I would like to find a mint original one and keep it that condition but I also want a Dawes Kingpin and a Royal Enfield Revelation and . . . Geez I had better be nice to my wife!! lol

That's a serious fork rake! Yes to Velocity and 100 psi.

Lookin good!
I guess this is kind-of a mock-up, but be careful your stem is inserted far enough for the clamp to work safely!! One of mine has a stem of similar-looking proportions, but I can't safely raise it enough for comfort on longer rides. Eventually I will change it (or the bars).

Thanks Scooma the stem is at it's maximum height mark on the stem,I am using the qiull bolt here too. The bars are from Avanti plus online sold as Outland riser bars and they are cheap.I have a chrome stem on it now which I will take a photo of later. I am trying to get my boss to get in the Kalloy adjustable stem's with 180mm stem height but he needs to bring in a few at once so I am waiting until I can afford it I figure I can use 3. My plan is to get it ride able as it is then get some Velocity rims and 100 psi tyres.
