Correction regards crank/chainwheel it's a 52T. Rear is as I thought 16T. The standard one I had used a 15T at the rear which was perfect for me.

Thanks guys - some downside though.. The lacquer I used is a bit soft (even after a couple of months) so it seems to scratch easily :-( and already after only a few days use the KP decal is coming off (hopefully I can fix this). The pedals were very small so I replaced them for comfort with wider and promptly experienced a fairly violent pedal/ground strike such that I am nursing a bruised coccyx (!). The pedals as you see are now back on. Handle bars were very narrow so originals are now back on. Crank set is I think 48:16 but chain wheel crank arm is offset form the frame more than a standard which I think contributed to the strike. Hopefully just teething troubles.
