Hi Moz, I used Turtle Wax Safe Cut on a clean rag for most of the polishing of the frame. Fine steel wool for the rims , seat post and handle bars. I stripped the headlight holder, brake levers & calipers, pedals and other other chrome bits and polished them with a bench buffer/polisher. It's painstaking work (20-25 hrs) to get into every little corner.
