Hi again and at last. If you read my last post in your thread re the broken frame you will see I have re-done this. I have left the new stud longer than it needs to be so you can cut it to length. The only thing I have not been able to get for you is a 3/8ths UNF nylock nut. There are no hardware shops anymore. I went to the one I always use today and it is gone, shut and boarded up. You could super glue the nut or get some loctite or find a nylock nut (ebay?)
