Test ride
Big fat bloke on little tiny bike! Visiting a clubmate's house whilst out on the maiden test ride. 35 miles on a very cold day. Thanks to Bob for taking the well framed snap.

What a great looking bike. No wonder you're smiling!

I designed the decals on the PC in Word, then printed and scanned it (there's probably an easier way!) and used a friend's Roland desktop vinyl plotter to cut them out and make stickers. I've done every bit of the work on this bike myself. The black paint was from Poundland (£4 total!), and the saddle and tape were leftovers from other bikes - so it's hardly a 'colour scheme'! It's all been great fun to do, and now I have the fun of riding it. Hopefully some of my ideas might be of use to others in their conversions and modifications. Is there anything you can use in yours?

That's bloody brilliant Dave. I love the colour scheme as well. Did you get the Kingpin decal made specially? I'm rebuilding my red "Lap the Lough Racer" ( ) for my 11 year-old son and would love similar ones for it.
