Did you use shellac or some sort of clear coat to protect the frame from rust? Really nice job.

Nice build! Powerblocks are great. I commuted over 10K miles on one set, and only had two punctures in all that time. Also great for fixed, as they have the biggest section of any 451 performance tyre, and give a useful bit of extra BB height. I usually like retaining original finish, but have a couple of very scruffy frames that have been re-painted. Having seen this, I'll definitely do a raw one before too long.
