It's 100% complete, and apart from a slow puncture in the front tyre it all works. The front rack seems to have been borrowed from a later Twenty. Hunters weren't fitted with racks as standard. Unusually, it was built with Rigida rims. Raleigh must have had a shortage of the normal S-A ones. This bike was made when R20 production was at its absolute peak.
